Fresh Manna:Our Daily Bread

Take some time for daily reflections in a Peaceful Garden.

Most people that I know like to eat, including myself!  Has anyone told you that you are what you eat?  Whatever you take into your physical body, will eventually effect your entire organism from head to toe.  Large doses of caffeine, not good!  It may taste good, but too much sugar or sweets is a definite no, no!  While you need not be a vegan to eat nourishing food, you should be careful of your daily consumption and make sure you have a balance meal at least three times a day, of course Breakfast being the most important meal of the day, it’s brain food, to get your mind and thoughts stimulated so you can function and be the best at whatever you do in life.

The same principle applies to what you eat spiritually.  Some people are starving their souls because they don’t feed their spirit with positive, energizing thoughts based on principles from the Word of God.  There is a purpose of why we have books to read, it is so we can learn things we don’t know, or to perfect what we already know and build upon it.

Fresh Manna is just that, a simple portion that can be your bread of life, to sustain, motivate, strengthen, inspire, encourage and build your spirit so that your soul can prosper and be in good health.  No matter how great a shape your physical body is in, if your soul is sick or diseased, you are going to eventually die unless you get healed.

My recommendation: Take a few moments of your time and invest in your spiritual wellbeing by reading Fresh Manna: Our Daily Bread and live long and prosper, be a survivor.
